?What does Sprint Start Managed include?
Sprint Start Managed includes hosting with HTTPS, automated downtime and error monitoring, contact-form delivery monitoring, spam protection, technical maintenance, security updates and website recovery support. You also receive up to 30 minutes of updates each month and direct support during working days.
?Can I use my own hosting provider?
Yes. For standard paid builds, once all build-related amounts have been paid in full, you can choose to manage your own hosting instead of using Sprint Start Managed. We'll provide everything you need to take ownership of your website.
?Do I own my website?
Yes. For standard paid builds, once all build-related amounts have been paid in full, your website and domain belong to you. You should stay with a web designer because you want to, not because you have to. You're free to continue with Sprint Start Managed or manage it yourself.
?Can Sprint Start update my website?
Yes. If you're using Sprint Start Managed, simply send us your agreed updates and we'll make the changes for you. If you're managing the website yourself, get in touch and we'll provide a free quote for the updates you need.
?What happens if I stop using Sprint Start Managed?
For standard paid builds, once all build-related amounts have been paid in full, you can either continue with Sprint Start Managed or manage it yourself.
?Will my website go offline if I stop paying?
Not if you arrange your own hosting before Sprint Start Managed ends. Once applicable ownership and payment commitments are completed, you can move the website to a Vercel account you own and pay for directly. Without active hosting, the website will go offline.
?Can Sprint Start host a website built by someone else?
No. Sprint Start Managed is designed specifically for Sprint Start websites so we can properly support, maintain and update them.
?Can I cancel Sprint Start Managed?
Yes. After any applicable minimum commitment, monthly Managed requires 30 days' notice. Annual Managed renews automatically. We aim to send reminders around 30 days and 7 days before renewal, and cancelling during a paid annual term does not normally provide a partial refund. For standard paid builds, once all build-related amounts have been paid in full, it can move to suitable replacement hosting. Replacement hosting must be active before Managed ends to keep the website online. The lower-upfront package includes Managed during its separate initial 12-month term.

The remaining website price and 12 months of Sprint Start Managed at £49 per month are combined into 12 equal whole-pound payments. The annual discount does not apply during the spread-cost term. Your customer-specific website belongs to you after full build-related payment. Domain registration, renewals and business email are third-party costs paid separately. Once you decide to proceed and the agreed deposit is received, we gather content and begin the build. You review and approve your website before launch.
