Unused update time doesn’t roll over. The 30 minutes cover changes to what’s already there; new pages and features are quoted separately. Support is on working days.

What does “no build fee” mean?
For accepted applications, there’s no website design or build fee. You commit to Sprint Start Managed for the first 12 months: £480 a year up front or £49 a month. Domain registration and renewals, business email and anything outside the agreed website pages are separate. Applying is free and creates no obligation.
Who is this for?
UK tradespeople who want to show their services and work, and make it easy for customers to get in touch. We speak with you first to check we’re a good fit.
What do I need to provide?
Your business details, services, areas, branding, and any photos or reviews you have permission to use. We guide you through it and agree the content before building.
What if I need something extra?
Extra pages, booking systems, online shops, custom features and future redesigns cost extra. We quote and agree any extra work before it starts.
What if I want to leave?
Your domain and your own content stay yours. Ownership of your website transfers once the first 12 months of Sprint Start Managed and any other build amounts due are paid in full. The 12 months start when your website goes live. If you pull out before then, you pay only a share of the £750 build price for the work done so far, and nothing if work hasn’t started. If you leave after launch on monthly payments without Sprint Start being in material breach, the remaining Managed charges for the first 12 months are still payable. Paying monthly, you can switch to the £480 yearly price until your fourth monthly invoice is issued: payments we have received count towards it. After the first 12 months, monthly Managed can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. See our Terms for renewal and handover details. Applying does not start a contract or authorise payment.
